Regular style - starting from £90 [~121 USD]

I have 2 distinct styles you can get from me. The GRAPHIC style is cheaper but won't fit every commission, and the REGULAR style is how I draw, so sky's the limit. Just don't make me draw real people...

Graphic style - starting from £70 [~94 USD]

Get some on VGen, or if you hate Vgen for some reason, contact me via email or socials.

Big fish

Wanna give me big money? Got some sprites or concept art you want done? CG's for a larger project? Anythin else that you either wanna monetize or is bigger than one or two illustrations?
I don't do commercial works on VGen, but am very much open to it off the site.
Send me an email, contact me on discord or carrier pigeon, but i can't guarantee i'll answer that last one.Make sure you read my Tos before proceeding. I'm open and can accomodate damn near anythin, but there's some important info in there.

Terms of Service

For the purposes of this document, 'I', 'me', 'my', etc. refers to the artist (l1f3l) and 'you', 'your' refers to the client/s.

★ COMMUNICATION

For a full illustration, you will get 2-3 progress pictures. One for the sketch, the flat colors/lighting, and the final piece for MINOR adjustments, before I deliver your files. I will also tell you exactly what stage of the process I'm at, for delivery/refund purposes.I will either contact you through VGen, Discord, Email, or social media messages, depending on preference.
The more complicated the commission, the more communication I will do. So I might not chat much on a bust sketch, but a full illustration will be a discussion between you and me. Want me to chat less? Give good references.If I ask a question regarding the commission and you don't reply within 2 days, I will go ahead and do what I want; if it was not specified at the start, I will assume it's not important, and will take that liberty.

★ PAYMENTS

After the client has sent in their request and I approved it, I will begin when payment has been received in full.
For more expensive services (£150+) I will ask for 50% upfront, 50% when it's finished. I will send you the file once the final payment has gone through.I will send you an email with an invoice from [email protected]. I use Stripe for payment, but Paypal can still be used (or whatever other payment method you want, such as debit).I take payment in GBP. I give numbers in USD for reference, but keep in mind these are only ESTIMATES. I don't control conversion rates. If you'd like an estimate in a different currency, please specify.

★ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

I will deliver your comission in, from the time I started it:
★ ~7-14 days (Simple renders)
★ ~14-20 days (Full renders)In the event that I cannot make a deadline for any reason, I will let you know immediately. You can choose between waiting longer, or getting a refund based on the stage I'm at. See 'Refunds' section.Keep in mind I will do comissions first come first serve. If I have 3 people to serve before your comission, it could be a month. I don't usually do rush orders, but I do like money, so you can try to bargain with me.If you have a deadline of your own, you must specify it clearly BEFORE I begin your piece. I can try to accomodate sudden changes, but will not prioritise your piece if my time doesn't allow it.

★ COMMERCIAL USE

You cannot comission my art for commercial purposes via VGen. If interested, please email me at [email protected] for commercial work.If you're interested in hiring me as your sprite/CG artist in your game/visual novel, also contact me via email or discord with the details, I'd love to work with you!

★ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By default, I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights for commissioned work. This includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, posting the work on social medias, and so on.
You cannot use my work for training AI models or NFT shit or whatever. Not that a disclaimer like this has stopped anyone. 'Killing is illegal' 'Oh shit g my bad lemme put the knife down'

★ REVISIONS

Once I've begun painting, I cannot make any major changes. Colors/small details only. The sketching phase is where everything can be changed! I won't put a hard limit on revisions here, just be reasonable and respectful of my time. If you're dissatisfied once we've reached the painting stage i cannot issue a refund. Please communicate clearly with me before getting to this stage.

★ REFUNDS

You may request a refund at these points:

At the beginning of the process [sketch]: 90% back
Middle of the process [Flats/rough shade] 50% backOnce I've reached near the end of the commission (painting stage) I cannot issue any refund. I will let you know exactly where I'm at, so there's no confusion for revisions/refunds.In the event of a delay or other fuck-up on my end, I will discuss with you and you will get compensated accordingly. For delays, you can choose between waiting longer, or getting a refund based on the stage I'm at.

Romanian artist that's hella into videogames as a medium, and is working on adding 'game dev' to that title. For now, I'm doing freelancing with what I know best, digital art.I'm obsessed with videogames as a storytelling medium, and have the unfortunate disease of weeb. My focus naturally went towards visual novels, RPG maker games and other indie works, especially if they got them anime bitches... but I always come away feelin like 'I wish this game did that instead,' so with the powers of my videogame autism I'm gonna be doin some myself.
